I will ask questions, challenge you at times and create opportunities in our conversations for you to reflect, consider and understand your behaviours, habits, beliefs (some of which may be limiting you) and invite you to consider things differently.

You will identify the changes and actions you want to commit to and make it happen.

We will work at your pace to achieve your outcome.

Being a member of the Association for Coaching I follow their Code of Ethics, standards and best practices.

I am a member of the AC (Association for Coaching) and also the CIPD (Chartered Institute for Personal Development)

NLP

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) will empower you to understand the way your brain works (neuro) process the words and language you use (linguistic) and understand how this impacts our past, present and future (programming).

Using NLP, you will embark on a journey working with your unconscious to change habits, reduce or remove limiting beliefs and create positive behaviours.

I’m an NLP Practitioner and I’ll utilise a range of methods and techniques to re-programme those thoughts, beliefs and behaviours that are no longer serving you or are stopping you from doing what you want to do and change them to allow you to start doing and being how you want to be.

I am a member of the ANLP (The Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming).

I will walk you through this gentle and personal development process to meet what’s at your core, the absolute centre, your true belief and motivation in being, believing and behaving how you do.

By understanding this core state you will truly know what’s at the heart of your behaviours and habits and with that understanding either enhance it to be even greater than you already are or find an alternative way this core state can benefit you more.

With each coaching session we will have an open conversation about what you are comfortable doing.

If I believe a technique would be beneficial to you, I will explain it before we start.

Some methods work better face to face than on online or by phone and they will be tailored accordingly.
